12 week fundraising challenge where participants set and accomplish a goal to become a better version of their self through exercise and nutrition. the challenge begins march 16 and ends june 8. you can set AN individual or a family goal. the entry fee is $25. The goal can be anything: run a 5k, take 10,000 steps a day, drop a dress size, exercise 3 times per week, try a new workout plan. The options are endless!
The challenge acknowledges what most take for granted. Boys with Duchenne lose the ability to chose if they will run, walk, cycle, swim, play, etc as their disorder progresses.

We’d love updates along the way. at the end of the challenge we want to see what goals have been accomplished. During the 12 weeks. we will be raffling off numerous prizes to help jump start and continue motivating our participants. After the 12 weeks, we will crown winners in different categories including “most ambitious goal achieved,” “most transformed,” “best family goal achieved,” and fan favorite.
